Did dodge ford or chevy ever use a factory 15in 8 lug wheel that looks similar to the hummer h1's. Basically a solid spoke design?

very very doubtful since it usually takes some work to fit 15s OVER the calipers. 8 lug = hd = bigger brakes = larger wheels needed...

summit racing has steel white spoke 15x8 for 34.99 no shipping just 12.00 handling charge. 2 were here in 2 days the other 2 fed x delivered to the wrong address still waiting for those to turn up

Looks like they even have the nubbs on them to mount the stock caps.

Yeah screw it I'll just get wagon wheels and settle. Its not worth paying extra to basically take an appearance step backwards...
