Factory Service Manuals -Where? CD?

eBay.

I wouldn't get a CD. Most factory manuals weren't originally made on CDs, so any you're likely to find are aftermarket crap.

That's where I got mine. I only found one for the 1990 r/v series, but seeing as mines an 89, I figured it's close enough. I'll just remember that the 90 K5's had some minor differences.

The 5.7-liter V-8 (L05) engine was improved for 1990 with the addition of improved oil control rings, a redesigned rear crankshaft seal, a new camshaft sprocket design, non-asbestos intake manifold gaskets, and heavy-duty intake valves. They also have anit-lock brakes.

Gold I have an 89 GMC truck what do you need to know? I am in Toledo if you need a look see at anything. I also have access to Alldata 8.0 email me at the eastcoast-k5 if I can help you.

Remember I'm pulling for you! We are all in this together. Duck tape rules!

I don't need to know anything. I already have my manuals.

(psst... this isn't my thread ;) )
