What part of the test are you failing? Do you have he results sheet??
They did a diagnostic. The HC was about 220 at 2200 rpm, a little higher at idle. The CO was just barely over at idle, fine at high rpm.
This is tbi right? Check the min air adjustment. It might be running the iac at a really high stepper count and making the engine run rich at idle.
So you have a few issues, check the fuel pressure to be sure its not to high because TBI is metering fuel based on pressure and injector volume and both are tied together, also the min air adjustment looks like the idle adjustment screw on a carb, tbi has idle air control so if you have it adjusted properly your IAC stepper counts on ALDL will be below 30. if they are high the ecu adds fuel to match the rpm speed.
Check your Map sensor hose and EGR as well.. you might just be needing to get the motor broke in.. engines dont really seal up until 500 or so miles.
