It actually is not, I do have a blazer foldable seat but shipping is not cheap.
I could check for you.
the best is to ship it strapped on a pallet freight.

for what it's worth, i just put a 3rd row burb seat in my blazer. this was an 86 burb, 83 blazer. the seat is basically the same - the tumble forward brackets interchange, so it's no problem if you currently have a blazer back seat. the seat belts are reversed tho - the male half is attatched to the seat, versus the female part on the blazer seat, so you'll need both parts of the seatbelt system from the burb. also, this 3rd row seat only has 2 belts - not three like in a blazer.
