Filling up at the pump

Update with success.
After installing the air filters from the go fast section at the parts store. That has been enough venting of the tank to allow me to fill up with the pump set at the highest setting.
I went to all the different stations that were problematic to verify it wasn't the pumps.
now to do some sort of bed liner/ sound proofing of the cab.
