Finally Completed my 85 K5 Build

I think, in the context of cars anyway, "completed" simply means one of two things:

1. You've chosen to stop working on it ... for now.
2. You ran out of parts and can't afford to buy more parts, so you just have to be happy with what you've got.

In that case, I've completed a few car builds in my day.
