Finally got me some 1 tons! And ?'s

I'd try unbolting first. Since you have extra wheels, all you need to do is get the bolts off. Even if some are messed up, you'll only need enough good ones to complete the 5 wheels you want to end up with. Try to save any run-flat bolts at all costs... they're not the average bolt you'll find down at the hardware store. I'm not saying that any bolt can't be used, but these are a specific design.

On the axle tube (I have not done mine yet either) I believe you need to heat the diff up a little with a torch, around the flanged area that comes out to meet the tube. I think you're just supposed to get it good and warm and then run the bead. An arc welder will be fine. Perhaps someone whos done it, or knows more about it will chime in. But I think it has to do with the diff being ductile. Anyway, a friend of mine who did it just heated the diff and it worked fine.

Spinning the tube, or diff on the tubes, is common enough that I'll be welding mine. I just know if I don't weld them, it will probably what bites me in the arse one day. As long as it's taken me to complie all my parts, I want to make sure my build is done as right as it can be, once.
