First Gen, all hardware no software

So I bought this '70 K5 and fell in the rabbit hole ever since. It was tired, a victim of someone's "perfume on a pig" restoration. Original 350/350.Paint is nice.
Got yah.

And I should have said here:

Those are some of the problems that can't be tuned out or adjusted in the system settings. Hoping yours is something you can figure out in the handheld settings.
It probably is like I said I haven't dedicated enough time to tuning I chase my tail with other things

Thanks...about 45 min. north of the WW bridge, little town of north wales, stop by anytime

Hope I didn't muck up your build

It's been sittin a while for the valley leaks. Did a surgical scrub so as to not contaminate the mating surfaces. Switching to Permatex brand "right stuff" rtv from gm engine Grey rtv.
I'm letting it sit like this and dry until I get back to it. I'm not gonna rush it I lost count how many times I've had this intake off...

Back together. Still runs like a rape date. No leaks at the back of the bell but still oil dripping out of the dust cover. Yall know what that means, it's a muthaforkin sbc! He hate me.

Side note the relays still won't turn the stupid fans on. Guess I'll be goin manual.

Switched negative from the fitech they say on and there's no vdc at the fan

Have you made sure a ground is being sent from FiTech? Have you made sure FiTech settings are correct (should be set to “on” and should have a degree setting for it to trigger)

Yea it's set right on the fitech I have the relays wired kind of funny bc it's a switched negative so I'm wondering if I can just direct wire with fused link and switch ground direct. I'm kinda thinkin the relays are double redundant at this point

You need the relays.

Have you tried to use another ground source to verify FiTech is sending the ground? Have you verified your ignition 12v source? I’ve wired a few cars/trucks (mine twice) using FiTech as the fan trigger and haven’t had any problems.
