Fitting CC body to C/K20 chassis

Besides the obvious issues with the body mounts etc are there any major headaches encountered when fitting a CC body to a C/K20 chassis?

oh man i feel bad for this one. i try and recall info from years ago and get mixed up sometimes.

mtchevy and mtmike get me mixed up in my head alot.

No worries, thanks for chasing it up for me. I was checking the kick up behind the cab on my chassis this morning and it looks like I'd have to heavily channel the floor to fit a CC. Might work with just a small body lift...

I'd love to use a burb frame, but for me its either mod the K20 single cab or buy a C/K30 and cut it down. Burbs are not common at all around these parts.

Either way it'll cost about 10K to have a roller with D60/14 and 4 doors.

i cut my frame down on my crew cab and got 132" wheel base.

and in mtmike build its body lift in diffrent levels to custom channels in floor pans you can see in the pics.

I've been subscribed to your thread for a while .... that's the way I'll do it if I grab a whole C/K30, your spot on with the wheelbase, it looks really good.
