found my noise now a question

Ok i think i found that my funny noise from cruiseing speed to slowing down is the torque converter on a91 k5 with 700r4 but i am not sure how to diag this problem.

What and where would be a good place to get a replacment converter. Thanks Denny

can you replace it urself or do you need someone to do it for you? got any tranny shops around you?
