dremu gave this to me along with a bigger version of it. Neither ended up fitting my 80's truck so I traded the larger one to tRustyK5 for a 80's vintage air baffle. dremu figures it is from a 70's truck.
It fits into your core support and a tube runs from it to your air filter housing to give you cold air.
The outlet hole that the tube would connect to appears to be 3". The larger version I had was 4" and the new 80's version is 4" so I have no use for this one. It includes the two screws and clips to hold it in place.
Since it's identical in configuration to the larger 70's era part I figure it's from the same era...I think...anyways, if anyone can use it just pay the cost of shipping and it's yours.
