    It has the slider windows though....

    People seem to like/want them. I have them. Don't think I've ever opened them. Maybe once and said "Oh, that's cool" then never opened them again. :haha:

    Powerwash would clean that up in a heartbeat. I see diving boards that look like that all the time. If I'm washing down the deck, I'll hit their board while I'm at it. Always makes a huge impression.
    A smart seller would clean it up to get a better price. A smart buyer would use the dirty condition to get a better price.
