Good evening all,

I picked up a front 60, the calipers are held on via the locking bolt at the bottom of the caliper. Question it looks like it is a pin or key system.
1. Which way do I drive this out from the front of the caliper?

This looks like the caliper slides on the bracket. I'm just use to the two bolt/pin systems.

TIA,
Dave

It has two allen head screws that must be removed then drive the wedge pin out.

There actually is a special punch made for driving that wedge out of there. I usually just use a 3/8ths brass drift.

Thank you, Mine only had one per side. Back at it this was outside for a year so the fun is on:D

if me get a new ( hardware kit ) for each side if thay dont come with the calipers if you are gettin new /reman calipers.

the hardware kit is a new spring / wedge block / lock bolt. around 5 bucks each.
