I know the spring center spacing is different on the dodge but its really close to a GM and I've heard of several easy ways to adapt it over. That would be a good use for some offset leaves.....
You might watch for external hubs also, they're difficult to replace and I don't know if you can use hubs to go 35 spline. Drive gears yes, hubs probably not. Also, lug size may be different and inner axles will be different lengths than GM
Otherwise I don't see any problems with using them, most of the parts are the same, or are easy enough to replace or work on.
