Full body crew cab crawler

i still think you links are going to be way to weak. are the bottoms and tops the same length? could use the bottoms as the tops and then make new bottoms out of 2.25" 3/8 wall.

but other than that the thing is awesome. im sure the links will be fine for a while.

Did you abandon the two tube design on the truss? Is that top plate resting on the housing?

Either way...I like what I'm seeing so far

My only concern is there enough weld area here it mounts to the axle tube? There's going to be a lot of force on a small point.

I would think if you "box" in the rest of the truss on the backside down towards the housing it would be sufficient enough to handle all the forces

I'm going to try these lowers when they break I'll make bigger ones

There is more that well be added to it my steering ram mount is also going to be tied together do it should all be enough I hope

Dude your scale is off or it was set to kilo's. 2660 kg could be right.

If it is frame and motor/trans and what little bit of body than I could see 2660. I thought those axles were like 1500 a piece, and those tires gotta be 500 + combined.
