Full hydro, how to mount steering shaft?

Hey guys/gals. I got my Full hydro kit from PSC the other day. I got this one:

My question is regarding the actual steering shaft. How are you mounting it to the orbital? I have an xj shaft in there now but I have to figure out how to mount it to the orbital adapter? This is the adapter I have:

Are you welding a u-joint to it? Or drilling a hole through the stub on the adapter and using a u-joint that has a set screw? I sure wish this adapter had a double D shaft instead of a round one

I machined an adapter and built a mount to align the valve with the shaft.

Thanks I might just do that. At least I could sell the old adaper with the old Orbital I bought and the PSC orbital mount I won't be using
