Well I'm on a quest to get back to 200ish...
200? man i far off that by about 60 or 70 lbs good luck

Good luck with your goal, sadly its always been harder for me to put on weight then loose it, the few years I got out of football senior year of highschool and the following year, I dropped from about 225 to 175. And usually when I am working out and in good shape, I am at a solid 190-ish. Dang cant wait till thursday though, last checkup from my shoulder surgery, and I will be set free to lift weights. No more of this 175 pound sissy BS, I will be on my quest back up to 195...............(coolaid man voice)OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well i'm not lanky, i'm tall though. I'd like to be around 200 which would make me in shape. and no, round is not a shape! but all this walking for real estate should help with that

Good luck! I lost around 60 lbs over the past year.. Got tired of being chunky... Down to about 200 right now and would like to be around 185(I was 165 when I graduated HS)...
Best things I have done were cut out the junk food, snacking and severely limit my intake of pop... Although if I would exercise, it would help alot but I dont.
No more boxes of Ho Ho's, huh???
Man, that was a long time ago and you have a good memory! I cut out 99% of that crap and try to eat healthier!

LOL, come on now. For some stupid reason thats all I brought that wheelin trip... Dont know why I didn't grab some cheeseburgers from McDonalds. Although they aren't much better!

You were trying to push them on everyone, so you wouldn't eat them.
i am on a strict diet... no sat fat of any kind, no fried food, no red meat, no pork, nothing processed, almost everything i eat is organic, fish, or chicken... been like this for just over a month and i've gained a couple lbs from over eating mostaly and not working out until recently
Ya, I know.. Sometimes my brain doesn't work.. LOL Remember the whole HoHo thing now. LOL...
Wow thats a pretty strict diet.. But it would be a nice one to be on.. Wish I had enough will power to do it!! Kudos to ya!!!
As I recall Branndon you are kinda built like me (only not as big) and for some reason diet alone has never worked to lose alot of weight. The only thing that has really made a big differance for me is working out regularly and not just cardio but weight training. It seems that for me that my body has an easier time converting fat into muscle then it does just trying to lose the fat. Also I dont know how committed to your diet you are but if you do good for awhile then let off and back again, its going to screw you up more than just limiting how much bad food you eat. Sometimes moderation is better than just going all out for short periods of time.
well since my wife has MS, and this is her diet FOR EVER, i'm on the diet with her... lol so its for ever for me too... that's why i'm motivated to work out, because once i get in good shape, i won't lose it as easily
I want to weigh about 250, but can't seem to get over 160
I want to weigh 250 also but I'm stuck at 280 +
So how did you ever manage to get to 280? I've been trying for about 10 years to gain weigh... but still weigh 160.
I do everything wrong so I'll get fat, but it just doesn't work.
Don't know kind of just happened stopped lifting and got bigger, use to weigh 230 with a 48 in chest 36in waist and worked out with 405 squating. could calf press over 1400lbs Still have alot of the muscle just covered with more fat.
Lift lots of weight with low reps with the core muscle groups Legs, Back, and Chest. down tons of protien you will get bigger. Limit your cardio
