what the best way to connect the heater hoses in a 87 K5
i switched the motor and the connection is different
the original motor had one hose going to the radiator top right under the cap
and the other hose going to the rear of the intake manifold

i was thinking of using the water pump port since i dont have the port in the back of the manifold but it doesnt seem to get very warm
i wondering if i should take the hose out of the radiator and put it in the front of the intake like the old set ups did

One hose needs to be from the intake. Radiator OR water pump fittings are the "unpressurized" side of the cooling system.
