and I dont need 4:1 low range!If you can find the early HP go ahead and just swap tubes but it has about a 1" inboard offset compared to the GM 60 but will have enough clearance.
Using the later Kingpin HP housing will requirer making the long tube short and mounting your outter "C" to it and then removing the plug welds on the other side and getting either a new long tube or a Donor housing which is what I am doing,those pictures are my donor that I have robbed the tube from.
