This one definitely needs a new set of shocks. But, I think it rides very nice for a truck.

mine was on 4" superlift springs and rancho 5000s.

I don't think it would be worth the money. These things are already selling for at least $2K over Kelley Blue Book out here. You would want to find a gas motor if you are doing a cummins swap because the truck will be less than half of the cost up front.
