Governor cover rusted and leaking

The governor cover on my 700R4 has rusted through and is leaking. I plan on getting a new cover, prying out the old one, and pressing in the new. Is it that simple or are there a bunch of spring loaded parts that are going to come flying out when I pop off the old cover?

GM parts direct has a part number 8667827 for $11.28. Sounds like a good deal to me...

just go to a reanny shop or junk yard. easy find. and pop off old and install new.
