Half door/ tube door question

For you guys with half doors or tube doors, if your original doors have electric windows and locks, what did you do with the wires at the door jam and door?

Where I live it rains, A LOT, so half doors will only be a good weather option and the normal doors will go back on if the weather looks like it may be questionable.

I changed the wiring to trailer wiring connectors.

For those keeping score at home, I just recently converted my '84 K5 over from Power windows and door locks to manual.

Here is a nice lil tid bit, Under the dash on both side, all the wiring is PLUG and PLAY, there is no reason to cut it. on drivers side it has a connection just under the dash speakers, same on passenger side. Yes, there is still the connector and wiring going to the fuse panel but its nothing bothering anyone.
