WHen putting on copper gaskets dp you need to use copper rtv sealant? Thanks
You don't need to, and whether or not you do is up to you. Personally, I would not...the idea is that copper is soft and will crush and create a seal between the heads and headers/manifolds. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
I never tried the copper gaskets, But I did try stock exhaust manifold gaskets. My headers never leaked again. at least not from the heads /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif.
