headers

how do headers do with water. i am going to my farm and will be having to cross some streams to rebuild some bridges. this is the first time this truck will have been through it with headers and i dint know if they would crack easier than stock. it shouldnt be any more than 3 feet of water, but its a soft bottom, so we may get a little deeper.
