any cool ideas? help a brother out
This is what I use for recipes.
My sister saute's yellowtails in butter and champange.
dip the fillets in milk and drege in flour and saute....
wow, lots o good ideas.now i have to see what else i have .dammit,now i have too many ways to cook it!
i have no champange. but the rest sounds great.milk and flour, just butter no oil??
i have no champange. maybe i can replace it with STUBBS chile-lime spice rub?? it smells good.
Me English wife says, pat it dry, flower it, egg wash it, coat it in a flour, salt and pepper mixture, deep fry it..............
thats what i was thinking.but i was also looking for new ideas. sushi maybe?? you can't get salimander poisening from fish can you??
