Hey ya'll,

When I got my '68 it had these seats already in it. They are mounted to the original buddy bucket frame, kinda sloppily too. Well, I'm trying to get it back to factory with a correct pair of low back buckets, so these buckets need to go.

Just wondering what they are so I can sell them. I'm pretty sure they are out of a 2 door car. They have a lilt forward knob on the side. They also have a recline adjusting wheel at the hinge on the side facing the buddy bucket.

Anyone recognize them from a previous car you had? :dunno:
Thanks

Once they are out,try looking under them and see if there is any label or tags on them ,under the springs, usually you'll find a name of a manufacturer or the cars brand on them somewhere,or at least some patent numbers maybe..(typing a patent number on google will bring up what it was issued for)..

I have a pair of 80's Ford Escort buckets in my van that look like those, and they were easily adapted to fit my seat pedastals..they had the "ford" oval emblem stamped into the metal on the track brackets..

Import seats?!?! Ah crap, was really hoping I'd get lucky and someone stuck camaro seats in this. Then at least I'd be able to sell them for something. lol

Diesel: I'll have to do that. Thanks
