Help me find my DRAC

I am trying to locate the Digital Ration Adapter Controller (DRAC), on my 91 Sub, I have something near the steering wheel under the dash with a large heat sink on it, but I do not think this is it. Can any one help me locate it?

There was just a post about this. I believe it was clipped or bolted to the dash sheetmetal below the ashtray.

look near your computer on the underside of the dash on the passanger side

just under the radio on the back side. i just removed one.
