a couple more feasts, and I'll be ready.....I need to take off a few.
**** no. Thats on Jan. 1st. I'm enjoying my last few days eating ANYTHING and EVERYTHING!!!
I took a break for a week, because it was impossible to stay out of temptation's way with all the fresh baking and booze being shoved in my face. FWIW, I started back up again this morning............
Damn impossible during the holidays....
On it steady until the death in the family. Now it's off the wagon face down in chocolate.
Oh, you mean Halle Berry's choc.........no, never mind.
Wes you need to get laid in a bad way.
Same here. Being up on the wagon will be tough enough then.
Thanks but no thanks. A woman is the last thing I need right now in my life.
Heck, I may venture to one of the bigger cities and buy me some poontang just so I don't have to worry about a naggin' hag on my back again!
x2, cant wait to get started honestly....
Best thing about it....
1. never talk back and bitch
2. you can have ANYONE you want
3. fill in the blank here...
Once upon a time, there was a happy little fellow. I can't remember his name but I think is was thatK30guy or somethin'. New Years found him all alone and sad.
"Oooooh, I've eaten way to much over the holidays! I'm feelin' mighty slow..."
And thatK30guys pocket was upset because, well, just let us say, the was just not like it used-ta-be.
So he decided to form a New Years Resolution and lose some weight.
He went to the gym and started to . It wasn't much weight to begin with but he didn't get discouraged. He continued at
it. Slowly but surely he could lift more and he started to do some to make himself more buff. Realizing that lifting weights wasn't enough, thatK30guy decided to do a little aerobic exercise to condition the ol' ticker . He worked to
quicken himself . And so the story goes that he continued to and started to show some progress.
But as it stood, about 3 days into his resolution, thatK30guy started to get . He just wasn't loosing any more weight, and
he didn't see the progress he had hoped for .
It turns out that a couple of his friends from coloradoK5 got together and had a little talk with thatK30guy . They
recommended a few protein supplements and so thatK30guy, being an all out team player, started to take them .
Well it wasn't long before those protein drinks took affect. Everytime thatK30guy had to go somewhere, , he had to go somewhere . Boy did thatK30guy have to go! But he continued every day in his resolution and he never quit.
Months went by and story tells that thatK30guy became quite the stud! He could like champion. He won bodybuilding
competitons everywhere .
...to be continued...
and the little pocket was so happy with his that he didn't need to get a real and saved all his so thatK30guy could have a .
Before thatK30guy knew it, the came around and thatK30guy began to and thatK30guy really , well let's
just say thatK30guy can put 'em down. So much infact, that by New Years Day 2008, thatK30guy was
all over again!
The left him and took all his . His died. He lost his job , and if that wasn't enough, remember
thatK30guys friends??? They up on him and made him get a new job at .
But through it all one thing remained faithful, loyal and true. ThatK30guy still had his .
The moral of the story???
Didn't y'all realize there's a song in everybody???
Happy New Year (resolution)
dude, i dont think I`ve seen a post by you that doesnt have any smilies in it
OMG, Manny, thats funny and cool as hell all in one!!!
On the serious side, you got most of that story right. I've been running and lifting since last Jan. 1st and have not quit yet. My diet was crappy in the beginning but near the end of this year, I "crashed" it eating crap again. But have not gained weight. I've managed to keep my waistline from a tight 36" down to 33" now. The chest is noticably bigger, too.
I have fooled around with some chick I posted here about some time back, the one with the big double DD hooters. We still keep in touch. Not serious material or anything, just friends.
My dog did die last Jan. 11th when I put him down to arthritis and old age. Got rest his doggy-soul.
Fast forward to today, still single and enjoying every bit of it. I've got my eyes on a lady here in town (read somewhere around the threads about a teacher), but won't get involved with her til my daughter is out of school in May first.
So, I'm just taking it easy and relaxing, raising my two kids, enjoying the womanless home, being like Gene Simmons......happily unmarried and will be like that when I find my next lady.
Good story though. I enjoyed that and had a great laugh!

I didn't know. I'm so sorry man! I know exactly how it feels to lose a friend! My heart goes out to ya! Hope I didn't provoke any bad feelin's.
Glad you had a sense of humor.
No harm, no foul. It was all for the better for the old dog. Still good reading above, though.
that sounded like a country song.....
