Any ideas from the master?
You're gonna need one that has the slip in the middle. Like one that came from a NP203 truck. What did you do with your old one when you had the NP203? Its probably about the right lenght. Are you going to install it before the Thump? Like I said in another post. I have one that you and CB can call spare but I'm gonna need it for when I do my fixed yoke NP205 swap. Also the slip yoke driveshaft I was telling about is 35" ujoint to ujoint.
I didn't remember what it looked like (the 203 one) I piled it and all the 203 stuff in my shed. Hope to use it and the wife's P/U's 205 to make a doubler sometime!!!

Oh, day three into a 7 days straight, 12,12,10,10,12,12,12 hour work week to finance the 208!!!
If I can get the thing home from Greensboro with enough time to get it going. It has one stripped bolt hole in the clocking ring I have to fix and I'm not sure about the front driveshaft clearance and crossmember fabrication untill I see it. Plus the Afrika truck is all I have to drive at the moment. So............we'll see!
What is this truck? I have seen you reference it before but don't recall what exactly it is and how you got it's name.
Afrika Korp..........plus Lynda spent 10 years in Africa, it reminds her of those Safari trucks.

Well, I found everything to do with the 203 I removed, except the driveshaft. But, it was getting dark. I must'a put it up somewhere really well! You're right, it is a fixed yoke on that 203! If nothing else, I'll remove the one from the '73 Blazer. I'm gonna replace that 350 T and 203 anyway with a 350 T with a 208!
