I'm baaaaack... did ya miss me?
I've been wondering what happened to You Now carry on with that charming wit of Yours.................
Yes very much sweetness...
So spill the beans, sister!!!! Where did you go?
Uhm... long, dreadful story so I'll just give the Readers' digest version.
I was being a stubborn POS and wouldn't go to the doctor, but got to feeling so bad I finally did and landed myself in the hospital for 10 days.
Moral of the story: sometimes it doesn't pay to try to "tough it out"
But, I quit smoking (16 days now), quit coffee and lost 30 lbs...
glad you doing better.
Wow. Welcome back, glad you're doing better.
Welcome back Cheryle, glad to hear you're doing better now.
why, thank you
I work in an E.R. and see people all the time come in after 'toughing it out' only to be sicker. There's an old auto repair commerial slogan: "You can pay me now, or pay me later".
I awways miss juuu, awwwww
Welcome back. If you quit smoking, quit coffee and lost 30 lbs in 10 days you should write a book and get rich.
Yeah but the pnuemonia diet sucks. I'm guessing here. But a friend did the same thing about 2 years ago, and thats how he did it.
Not exactly all of that in 10 days. The 30 lbs happened since the end of July. I hadn't had much of an appetite but didn't really realize I was losing weight until I ended up in the hospital. The coffee thing happened during the same time period -- started tasting bad and giving me the jitters. The smoke thing was something I've been wanting to do, but hadn't quite gotten around to. I had cut down to about 2 cigs a day for the 2 weeks prior to my hospital stay... so stopping completely wasn't that big of a hardship.
Not pneumonia but something similar... basically, my diet plan is not for the faint of heart
Thought you left us for another bunch of low brows.
She can't quit us, she's our fishin buddy...
And She packs a big rod
Gawddammit, Corey... that was supposed to be our little secret
