I was driving home from school a little over an hour ago on the highway (Rt.17 north for ya'll in NY and NJ). Anyways, a few miles later, I noticed a white pickup (either an F-150 or one of those toyota fullsizes) coming off the on ramp and onto the highway.. I dunno why I noticed it. Now, I'm in the middle lane of the 3 lane highway, and there's a large ryder type truck on my right..... Suddenly, I see the white pickup slide out, front first right into all of the plowed snow that's basically in the shoulder of the highway. The ryder almost cuts me off, I had to go into the far left lane... Apparently the truck either blew a tire, or it grabbed a patch of ice and spun right into the 4' high snow bank. I dunno if anyone was hurt or not.. but it's my first time actually viewing an accident from afar. In any case.. I'm taking it slow from now on.. especially in the right lane... Ya'll do the same if you were in that crazy blizzard that hit the tri-state area. Just figured I'd share an event I noticed today. http://billybob.coloradok5.com It's all fun 'n games, till someone gets stuck.
