Holy golden 14ff batman!

Those ads are targeting someone with a stock later model truck that has trashed their rear end. There are very few people in the CK5 crowd that are interested in a brand new rear end for $1500. Not everyone is as do it yourself as the crowd here.

yes I agree with you

however...thses are not even new!

hey...where their is a market..you can sell! just hope he does not see the other ads for 10 bolt at 100 bucks

I guess when I bought my FF14 with open diff and 4.10s for $150, I was ripping off the junk yard. I should be ashamed.....

That is not your run of the mill 1973 14 bolt with a disc conversion on it. 99 and up Siverado hat style e-brake type. Call your local boneyard and ask them for a rear end for an 02 Silverado and see what kinda price you get.

:word: disc + ebrake = worth some cashola. i suppose as long as it was the good ebrake lol chevy had their problems.

wow.....so i could prolly sell my 60/14 combo for $4k sweet ahah.

i am curious however bout how the newer 14b with factory disc/ebrake would compare with our 14b's with disc conversion and caddy calipers....any clue?

It works :haha:
Caddy ebrakes will get you an inspection sticker but they aren't much good for holding your rig on an incline and they need adjusting constantly.
