Can anyone advise me on exactly what is needed for the Hood /Cowl Gasket Replacement. All my research shows that Precision as well as the other manufactures show the Cowl Gasket being attached to the firewall at the top.
My 1985 has the gasket attached to the hood and lowers down on the Gasket. Another older post indicated the same.
My question is the replacement Gasket Precision is showing to be the one required, will it work on the hood and replace the factory gasket without issue ?
Precision P/N - CS 1110 81
Has anyone installed this gasket on their Blazer with a Hood Mounted Cowl Gasket ?
