I weighed myself a month ago and I was a pound shy of 200. I weighed myself again today and I am around 180. (pounds) how can this be? To tell you the truth I haven't worked out for a long time (basement was torn apart) and I wasn't eating too healthy. The only thing I did that might have shaved a FEW pounds was working outside, and packing boxes. So I am down to the conclusion that the scale is broken. I can't just lose 20 pounds just like that. How can I figure it out?
