Just got back from a 4 day trip. Off the shuttle to the Long Term parking and hopped into my '72. The carpet is wet!! Not all of it. Over the hump, in front of the back seats, but only one side. The seats are dry. What's up? I think it's been raining in C-bus since I've been gone. Kinda cool here. Is it condensation? Why is it only parts of the carpet??? BTW, hard top is on and sealed well. I'm so confused.

With the full top, you'll get more condensation than a half top.

Have you checked for rust underneath the carpet that was wet. If it's rusty underneath, it might not have dried very well or gotten wet easier. That's about the only reason I can think of unless the top is leaking on one side.
