How do I adjust the wiper arm?

1983 K20.

The passenger side wiper arm rests well under the bottom edge of the windshield when it is down all they way. Is there a way to adjust the travel so that it rests on the bottom of the windshield where it should be?

The driver's side wiper is fine.

You have to remove the arm from the splined knub and re-index it where you want. There's a little tab, IIRC, under at the base of the arm.
