How do I possitively ID a TH700?

I've never really had a look at one so I do not know what it looks like. I know someone could give me a good idea

remember that a 700r4 and a 4l60e have the same pan. look for a 3" cover on the drive side near the rear or a 4 prong plugin on the drive side for a 700r4. the 4l60e has a big round plugin on the pass side.

whats the plug in for on the 700?

I believe its for reverse lights and torque converter lockup.

its for lockup, the reverse lights are on the column
