How do you remove a door panel from a 72 blazer?

i am trying to replace my door panels and i really need to know how to remove the panels. if you have done this or you know how please reply

Remove the door latch and the window crank.
Remove the panel screws.
There are plastic clips attached to the back of the panel that go into the door, take a screw driver and pop them out and the panel will come off.

Each one is a splined shaft with a small "C-clip" type retainer....you need to pop those clips off first.

They sell a thin clip removal tool to do it, or you can use a thin screwdriver to try to pop them off. It's easy to understand once you see one apart.... not so easy to understand before that.

Mine fell off about 8 months ago, so I went out to my '72 and got it to take some pics to help you. You will need to get the little c-clip off; it can be installed either way so you have to know which way to push it. Also pictured is the tool that makes the job easy. If the clip flies across the shop, they are cheap to buy new ones.
