How do you remove the side windows in a blazer top?

picked up a top with good sliding rear windows for a buddy of mine and will be delivering them to him so i need to get them out of the top. whats the right way to do it with out busting them? thanks,

Pull the little metal clip from the center of the weather stripping on the bottom middle of the window, then remove the "cord" strip that goes all the way around the window, then its just a matter of rolling the weather stripping off the topper /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
