)..it was a days work just getting there,fighting the traffic,and hoping you didn't get caught in a traffic jam and be late because of it!...some days in the summer I camped out at a nearby state park,rather than drive 1-1/2 hours home ,and back again,to save gas and wear an tear on my vehicles..finally got an apartment after that!..

I leave on Friday morning, drive 325 miles one way,to Richmond, Va., work my 40 hours(8 friday, 16 sat., 16 sun.) and back home in time to tuck the little one in bed on Sunday evening. Oh, I do get one weekend off a month(downside)![]()
