I just put my lift and tires on the burb this last weekend, is there an alloted time frame I should wait before I go wheeling? I really do not want to screw this one up, the wife hates my spending habits already.

you should wheel immediately after installation of said parts! 
seriously, i'd drive it for a few days, then recheck everything.
you did tighten up the suspension bolts after taking the truck down off the jacks, right? if you did it while the suspension is hanging there, rather than the weight of the truck on it, it may not function properly.

Yes I did wait 30 minutes before sumberging the burb in water. Everything has been checked and rechecked, then checked again. I did it with the Burb up though, but had stands under the axles, does that matter?
Just drive it for a week or so. Or wheel easy and ring some tools. Something always needs tightening on mine.....
