I got a 14 bolt out of a 76 3+3 2 wheel drive. I got it for sale, but buyer want to know how wide it is. Can anyone tell me?

I don't have time to dig up a link right now, but go to pirate, click on tech, and find BillaVista's 14-bolt bible. It'll probably be in there somewhere.

Thanks for that. Proplem is it`s -10c blowing snow and its getting nasty.

Well thats brutal. Go to pirate as was said. Or have the wife go measure it. Never hurts to ask right? lol! just kiddin. :D

Thanks guys, went to the bible as you guys said, mine is 67". BTW I sure my wife would tell me to f myself .

Glad you found out, but come on just take the risk and see what she would say, just for kicks. :haha: Tell her I asked if she could go measure it for ya like a good wife should :D. She can tell me to F off, I won't mind. lol! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Sorry man, I'm just feelin like a smart ass today. Can't work on my rig today, have something to do so I'm feelin sassy. lol! Not getting my daily rig fix sucks.

A tape measure will tell you :D.

gotta love winter in SoCal :pimp:

if your gonna put it under a rig to wheel with, watch-out for the shock mounts, 2wds hang down an inch lower than 4x4 14 bolts. I relocated mine up out of the way after I popped 1 off on some rocks

Geez Rob, you'd think the machinist in the group would have also reminded him that at those kind of temps this measurements would probably be off by a few thousandths....

Be sure to account for that, once the weather warms up that axle is going to be a LOT wider. :haha:
