Anyone got any experience with these?

Lookin to get some seats for my Blazer. They need to be comfortable for long road trips, strong for my fat ass, and durable. Got to the junkyard today and found that newer Grand Prix seats are pretty nice. I like these though. Blue doesnt go with orange at all.:surepal:

I emailed the last person to buy a set from the seller and he said he liked them. what you think?

I am on a budget. This is about what I want to pay.

I just put a set of Flexsteel buckets from a conversion van into my K5. $25. at the junkyard and no rips. Got the slider with each seat so its all good

They look good, and the price is good too ($320 for a pair plus 80 for S+H)

i just put in a pair in a 4runner build that im doing. im very inpressed with them and for the price there worth it. im a big guy somewhere around 280 and fit in the seats perfictly. jush make shure to tell them if u want cloth or vinal(sp) because they will send u what they feel like shiping u that day. i got one of each and had to send one back but they took care of me:D

Glad I got some feedback on them. I want these so I can later put in a roll cage and have a 3 point harness. I am not that big, but tend to have some big friends.

How comfortable are they? You think you will get the numb butt on a long drive?

I guess I'll update this since I have had them a while now.

The seats fade pretty fast. They havent really had that much time in the sun since the Blazer gets the carport and they are already fading. I didnt like them at first since they are kinda narrow (I'm 5'8" and 175lbs). After riding in them for a while I have gotten used to them and so has the wife. Dont think I would use them on a DD but for a weekend/trail truck they are ok. They are also pretty beefy feeling. MUCH better than the cheapo seats at Pep Boys, etc and at roughly the same price its a no brainer.

That sucks about the fading though, I was going to suggest the Mastercrafts reclining seats but those are pricy. As long as there quality seats thats a good price for sure. You can allways have then re-upolstered.

They are a local company and I have heard only good things about them.

I just put in the new Icon reclining seats from Hunsaker. They were a pain in the ass to make the brackets for the sliders but now that they're in I really like them. the fit really well and are pretty comfortable. Plus they're warehouse was only 30mins from me so I could cut out the shipping and got to try them out before I bought them.:D

How big of a guy are you??? I'm 6'2" 230lbs and need a wider seat.

I swiped my brackets from a 90s Dodge van. The seats bolted right up but I had to drill all new holes in the floorpan.:D
