Hydro Assist/Cross Over

Give me your opinions on Hydro Assist and/or Crossover setups. What do you like best and why?

I want crossover definetly, but I came by a DIY hydro assist faq and it perked my intrest on hydro assist.

Hydro will not work correctly without x-over. That said the only thing better than x-over... is x-over with hydro assist.

I'm gonna have to agree with Matt...
I tried Crossover without the hydro-assist...
steering was difficult...when running tight trails or rocks.

With hydro-assist...I can steer one handed...and I'm running 44"s.

Have both on the Jimmy and can’t see how I went without it so long. I did the x-over first and it helped but other than airing down, adding the hydro assist is the best mod I’ve made to the truck so far.

Crossover solved the angle issues but seemed to be more difficult to steer when the suspension wasn't flexed. Added the hydro assist along with the crossover and now have the best of both plus some.

WFO dual arm, rockstomper x-over and WTO hydro assist. Works for me.
