Ok so I swapped in a hydro clutch into my 72 Jimmy a while back, It worked great. I tore the thing down a while back and lost the little rod that goes between the clutch fork and the slave cylinder. I made a new one, but cant keep the pedal consistant. I have removed the whole assembly and bled it a number of times and have no visable leaks.

It will work great for a couple days and then I start to lose pedal. Can someone give me a measurment of a stock rod between the fork and slave, also Need to know the amount of travel a stock clutch master rod has, The one that attaches to the pedal. If you could push the pedal all the way in, put a mark on it and then release the pedal and give me the measurement from the firewall to the mark would be awesome!
