And bought a Prelude, but then I tried to get in the car... I don't fit well in Preludes.
With a D60/14B FF combo and 44" mudders, the Prelude should look pretty cool !!
It's almost like driving a go kart.
Funny thing about Hondas and other small cars... after driving a truck forever, get in one of those and it does feel like a go-kart.
yup i bought a honda civic hatch back, and was driveing it 400 miles a week for work so it beat the gas in the suburban, at 6'3" 230 (then) i dident fit in it well.
and since it felt like a go kart and i am used to trucks i drove it lke one, car was dead in 6 months!
Cars are lame... People are all like, "why do you drive a truck? That's why you're broke all the time, you have to buy gas for your Jeep"
But I get a little freaked out when I can see the pavement about 2 inches under me going 75 mph... Not cool...
We looked at a Chrysler Crossfire and thought it was pretty cool, until I tried to sit in it. My head rested against the driver's side window and door frame and I thought I was going to have to call for extrication to get out of it.
Didn't even take it for a test drive!! The wife fit in it well though!!!
double that is a rush.
i tried to get in a s2000, that mission was unsuccessful.
X2 I have to put up with getting in my kids' mom's honda civic... I don't just climb into it... I had to literally fall down to get in....man I had the seat all the way back and I was still cramped
I like Jenn's lowered down, loud Civic. It's a lot of fun to drive and race.
i tried an s2000 too... 7500 RPMS in 4th gear.
gotta love having a buddy who gets to bring home used cars.
I used to mess around with Triumph Spitfires. Getting in was like putting on a TIGHT pair of jeans. The fit was great, once all body parts were in place.
I took the steering stops off one, and it would do a 360 in a 2 car driveway!
Another "fun" factor, was the fact that while sitting in the driver's seat, I could hang my arm out the door, and touch the pavement with my fingertips.
Gettin into my buddys 3000GT is weird. You can go WAY fast but when you pass a pickup you look over and see the top of their tires, lol
I dont like not being able to see my hood either, it just bugs me
