I did a search but...Torque setting , engine mounts?

What is the recomended torque for the big center bolt that has the poly bushing? I know if you squeeze poly too much it's a bad thing, right?

Isn't there a steel sleeve in the center of the urethane bushing? If so you don't need to worry about over torqueing the bolts. I just tighten the living crap out of them.
