That's a good burnout.
The city I live had July 4th celebration, that on Saturday featured a "King of the Hill" climb and a burnout. I'm still trying to figure out why 4x4 event was called King of the Hill when nobody made it to the hill. There were two tracks with a 150ft mud pit before the hill. The "easy" course's mud pit was 3ft deep, while the other was 4ft. The highlight of the event was the sand dragster that ran as an exhibition. He made about half way when he got sideways, hit the edge and flipped. The rescue crew flipped him back over, he started it up and drove back to the starting line.
The burnout featured a couple of hopped up Mustangs with slicks, a 57 Ford and a dragster. This compition cost $25 to enter and the winner won 2 new tires. It was won by an '85 chevy 1/2 ton pickup, who smoked them till he threw the tread on one of his tires. He also happened to the tireshop owner who donated the tires he won.

Gonna put the video up?
Sweet! I love burnouts.
I would have loved to have caught that. We went down Saturday; got baked by the heat, never made it downtown /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif I hoped to run into some K5 guys (even wore my CoK5 T-shirt /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif ) The only K5s I saw were a maroon/rusty with cut-outs and a green stocker in the parking lot /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif
It was great. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif My friend got a souvineer(read- a piece of tire that landed on him)
