Looks good! That's a one or two year deal for the CC short bed, isn't it? Don't see them very often.

Yep, the 3/4 and 1 tons kept that body style up until 2000. I have a 2000 1 ton. They did also make the 3/4 tons in the newer body style but I forgot what they called them.

I knew the 3/4 and 1 tons kept that body through 2000, but I was curious about what years the crew cab short bed combo was available in that body style. Interestingly, I just saw an ad (with a pic, too) of a crew cab short bed, but it was a half ton. I think it was a '97. I've NEVER seen one of those before:confused:

I know of a 1/2 ton crewcab, it was a custom job though

Nice looking truck you got there. I love that color.

The crew cab short beds Im pretty sure started in 97 as half tons then 98 99 and 2000 the was offered in 1/2, 3/4, and 1 tons, and EVEN a crew cab short bed dually. I know a guy that has a white 99 crew cab short bed dually its his baby and a BEAUTIFUL truck.

This isn't gospel just what I think is correct, IIRC.

Sharp truck, I wont lie though Id be a little scared of 160,000 on a 350 with a 5th wheel Ball hole in the box and a big trailer light hook up.

Very sharp truck. The 5th wheel ball hole is a bit of a concern, but the big trailer plug doesn't worry me at all. That is exactly what I run on my Blazer, not because it is required, but all newer trailers are required to have backup lights, so the big plug is the only way to go.
