I HATE RAINY DAYS AND HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YUNNO IT'S GONNA HAPPEN.................so i finally sell some tires so now i have the money to buy a 14 bolt, install a q-jet, replace some old fuel lines, yada yada yada......BUT NO!! IT'S GOTTA RAIN AND ALSO BE A HOLIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first off, no one has the 1-3/8" fuel line i need that runs to my gas tank (ofcourse i don't find that out until i have shredded the old one getting it off) along with several other fuel lines; and ofcourse without a fuel supply you can't properly tune a carb!
now the guy who has the 14 bolt is out of town for the weekend!!!!! no blazer, it's raining, and my wife has to work leaving me stuck in the house with a 7 year old boy and a 5 year old girl that are wound up like their daddy at this point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i picked a good year to quit drinking! so, how is everyone else?

If you want to avoid a lot of frustration with the fuel line, go to Auto Zone and get some rubber hose and the attatchments... I got about 3 feet of hose... it's a pain to get the big attatchment on but that's nothing after considering all the money and time I saved not having to bend steel.

NO, THIS IS NOT STOCKED HOSE!!! that would be to simple. you see, this happens to be the hose that runs from the filler neck to the gas tank. it is 1-3/8" i/d and 14" long....no one around me stocks this hose.

i would go stir crazy with out those stores
i sold my center console offshore boat yesterday, so i may go crazy anyway?????????
just have to spend more time on the truck or in the little whaler

Contact derf00, I know he got another one of those lines. He sliced his when he dropped the tank. I don't know where he ended up getting the line, but I know he said it was expensive. I think his e-mail if [email protected]. Good luck!
